Development Journey

2002

The company was first established.

Zhejiang Hongda Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Haiyan Hongda Plastic Packaging Products Factory) was established with investment in 2002.

2008

The company developed its first semi-automatic packaging machine.

"The Symposium Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up and Haier's 33rd Anniversary of Entrepreneurship" was held. Each platform showcased the latest breakthroughs driven by the Internet of Things, and Chief Zhang provided guidance on each one while delivering a keynote speech. During the event, Chief Zhang analyzed the evolution of the company’s value system throughout its growth journey. Over the past 33 years since its founding, the company has navigated key phases—from 0 to 1, from 1 to N, and now back from N to 1.

2010

Jointly established Kuko Smart Devices to begin developing a fully automatic packaging machine.

2012

The Export Commodities Fair Opens with Great Grandeur

On October 15, the 100th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) officially opened with great pomp in Guangzhou. After attending the opening ceremony, Wen Jiabao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, along with Wu Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, visited the fairgrounds to inspect the event—and received valuable feedback during the process.
