2. Adjustment of strap width and joint opening When the strap width is uneven or the strap is replaced with another width, the left and right strap insertion slots must be adjusted. If the slot is too narrow, it will be difficult to insert the strap; if it is too wide, the strap will be joined after baling There will be misalignment. Generally, the width of the slot should be about 0.5-1 mm wider than the width of the belt.

3. Adjusting the temperature of the ironing head of the baler The temperature of the ironing head has a great influence on the quality of the strap joint. Whether the temperature of the ironing head is appropriate, you can check the adhesion of the surface of the ironing head. If there are white marks on the surface of the ironing head, the temperature is too high. If the surface of the ironing head is wet, the temperature is insufficient.

4. Feeding belt length adjustment The length of the feeding belt is determined by the feeding belt length adjuster on the front panel. If the strap is too short, it is easy to tie the hand. At this time, the baler can use the hand to grasp the head of the strap and pull the strap along the feeding direction. However, it is necessary to re-adjust the length of the conveyor belt to ensure the normal progress of the next bundling.

If the strap is too long, it is not easy to align the position, and the straps of the baler and Panasonic are easy to wrap together and cause the strap to be misaligned or broken. Packaging machinery requires frequent maintenance:

1. When refueling, do not add too much to prevent the micro switch from malfunctioning due to oil immersion. (It should be noted that these parts cannot be refueled: send and return belt rollers. All belts. Slipper and surrounding.)

2. Once a week, remove crumbs or dirt from the machine.

3. Clean, maintain and lubricate the upper slide plate, middle knife and front top knife mentioned in the previous section once a month.

4. Once every three months, after the above two maintenances have been done, add some lubricating oil to all (shaft, core) and bearings.

5. Replenish the oil in the reducer wheel box every two years.
