The all-plastic belt is also made of 100% plastic, but all or part of the material is recycled plastic. So, how to distinguish whether the packing belt is made of new material?

Distinguish from the appearance: the packing belt made of new material is more beautiful, the material is transparent, and the color is uniform. For example, we can put a piece of written paper on the desktop, and put a piece of new material packing tape on the paper, and then we can clearly see the words under the packing tape, while the packing tape made of recycled materials does not this effect. Distinguish from the feel: the packing belt made of new material has good rebound force, good hardness, straightness and thickness. We can compare the packing belt made of 100% new material with the packing belt mixed with recycled material, and stretch it with your fingers in the opposite direction to feel it. The straps made are not stiff enough, so the resilience is not so good.

The best way to distinguish by experiment is the fire method. The packing belt made of 100% new material will not have a pungent smell when burned, and the residual ash is crystal. The baling belt with mixed recycled material will have an unpleasant pungent odor when it is burned, and the residual ash has other substances, such as lime.
